Plot
Jennifer Spencer (Sondra Locke) has been brutally raped, & is retired for retaliation. She kills her assailant 1 by a single. Harry (Eastwood) is suspended by his superiors & sent to the settlement outside San Francisco, to investigate.

Harry is seen wearing Gargoyles shades - a sunglasses were late manufactured far-famed by Arnold Schwarznegger in The Terminator (1984). The film is probably better remembered for Harry's catch phrase "Go ahead, make my day", often incorrectly attributed to the original movie in the franchise.
